Building the Future Together

Western Water is headquartered in the beautiful town of Santa Rosa. Many of us are native Californians with lifelong ties to the Sonoma area. Here, we know our neighbors. We enjoy spending time with friends and family, and take the opportunity to get involved in our community. So it’s only natural that our company reflects these same values.

Western Water’s culture is built on strong friendships and a sense of kinship. We treat our employees like family — often sharing stories and photos of Western Water families’ exciting vacations and accomplishments companywide.

We also believe that family and friends who play together stay together. Office barbeques, jobsite team lunches, family pool days and team bowling events are just some of the ways we have fun together on and off the job. In addition, many of our employees participate in charitable golf tournaments, clay shoots and other fundraising and volunteerism for local non-profit organizations.
